Welder

Major Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business in Huddersfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with MIG and TIG welding experience who is looking for a long-term role with consistent weekday hours and an early finish every Thursday.

Key duties

• Carrying out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard.
• Reading and working from drawings where required.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and safely.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Supporting the wider production team when needed.

Requirements

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience is essential.
• Ability to work Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, hard-working, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Own transport would be beneficial, depending on location.
